Hourly services are billed at $115/hr.
New clients can purchase a pre-paid block of hours to get started, and move into weekly or bi-weekly invoicing after initial hours are used.

Why do you require a block of hours up front vs. just going straight to hourly billing for services completed?
When you have a backlog of website issues, errors or wishlist items – it’s best for us to have some time on the books to jump in and get you some quick wins. It also keeps you and us both invested in working together. The upfront hours work as a small one-time retainer that never expires, so once you sign up and get onboarded you can request anything you need done on your website and we’ll be ready to jump in and knock it out for you. Once we work through your initial hours, then we just bill you weekly or bi-weekly for the work completed.
Why hourly vs. quoted prices for my website updates?
Sometimes it’s easiest for you to have flexibility and be able to get things done without having everything fully mapped out ahead of time. When you have something pop up this week, and 2 things next week, and something else at the end of the month, hourly services are a great fit. On the other hand, if you have a specific project in mind we’ll gladly quote it out as a “project” vs. just doing hourly billing. The idea here for hourly is to fit more ad-hoc and sporadic needs for you.
How is time tracked for my website edits & requests?
Every member of our team here uses a time tracking software called Harvest, which lets us accurately track time spent on your account tied to each individual task we’re working on for you. We use this time tracking method to keep things on track and to have the level of transparency we demand for ourselves and you.
Once I’ve used my initial hours, how much should I budget for going forward?
It all depends on how many website requests you have and the level of them. Once we get a feel for your business and your website needs we’ll be glad to discuss monthly options for ongoing needs. Many of our clients move to one of our WP Site Keeper plans, or a custom monthly retainer to have the level of support they need.
What if I need something major designed or built?
If you have a major design or development project you need us to tackle, that’s usually best managed as a custom project vs. just hourly services. If you really prefer hourly, we’ll work with you on it. But for website needs (like a complete redesign or a new website build), that’s best handled through our regular project workflow. Regardless of what you need though, we can handle for you!
Do my initial hours ever expire, or can I use them whenever I need/want to?
Your original bundle or bucket of hours do not expire. We only require a small commitment from you to get you onboarded and for our team to get familiar with your business and your website. Those initial hours you purchase upfront stay “on the books” for whenever you need our help – whether it’s tomorrow, next week, or next year.
