If your website exceeds average storage, bandwidth or memory limits, there is an additional cost to cover the hosting resources required. If you already have quality hosting that meets our recommendations, we can manage your website there without migrating to our hosting.
2 Additional website design, development & consulting services are available to WP SiteKeeper Core customers at a discounted rate of $100/hr (our standard hourly rate is $115/hr). Plus & Ultra customers receive a set amount of hours included for no additional cost.

Is there a contract or minimum term for Monthly WP SiteKeeper Services?
No, all services are month-to-month on a simple subscription billing through Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
Can I downgrade or upgrade my plan whenever I want?
Yes, absolutely. If you ever need to modify your WP SiteKeeper plan, just reach out to us via Email or Slack and we’ll get you squared away.
Do I have to host my WordPress website with you to be on a Monthly Services plan?
It’s not required, but it is highly recommended. Our WordPress website hosting provides industry-best loading speed, security & global CDN features for best performance. If you’re already hosting with one of our approved and recommended providers, we can serve you without migrating your site – but if you’re not then we’ll migrate your website for free to our hosting as part of your monthly plan.
What premium/paid WordPress plugins and tools are included?
When you’re on an active monthly subscription with us on a Plus or Ultra plan, we extend access to our plugin library to you for your website needs.

What happens if I’m using your premium WordPress plugins and cancel my WP SiteKeeper subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to our library of premium & paid WordPress themes, plugins & tools. At the time of cancellation you’ll need to plan to purchase and manage your own licenses for any premium things used. For many premium WordPress plugins, they will still work without an active paid license, but your website will not be able to be updated (and you can have bugs, compatibility and security issues by not updating your site regularly).
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
All of our WP SiteKeeper plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel or change plans whenever you need to.
If you cancel during your monthly billing period, we’ll still support you through the end of your payment cycle (if you sign up on the 15th for ex, and you cancel, we’ll support you til the 15th of the next month).
If you’re hosting your WordPress website with us we’ll help you move your website to your new hosting provider at the end of your month.
If you’re on a Plus or Ultra plan you also have the option of downgrading to our Core plan where you’ll still get great piece of mind for proactive maintenance, updates & security – just without some of the additional perks & services in the higher tier plans.
How do the monthly included hours work for WP Site Keeper plans?
If you’re on a WP SiteKeeper Plus or Ultra monthly plan, you have an allotment of hours for additional design & development service requests.
You can submit website requests to your account manager, via Email, or via your Asana client portal. We diligently track time for each request down to 15 minute increment to make sure you’re getting major value for all of your website needs.
These hours do not rollover month after month, they’re reserved for you to use within the month for any website edits, changes & requests you have.
If during any month, you have a website design or development request that is major (and will not fit within your allotment of horus), we’ll work with you to build a project plan and estime to get it handled.
